Due to the nature of Hemp/CBD and related products, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your product please email admin@nooganugs.com
Our return policy is applicable for merchandise up to 30 days after your purchase. After 30 days, we can not offer a refund or exchange. Merchandise refers to clothing, hats, shirts, stickers, and other such related products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging with tags in place. A return shipping label can be emailed at the cost of the customer.
